Guides in English
Five guides with the numbers written out and the sources named. I sell property for a living and I am showing you how to audit the people who sell it to you — me included. If a file cannot survive being checked, it should not be sold.
Most Dominican agents publish only in Spanish. If you are in New York, Boston or Madrid and you search in English, you get brochures and very little arithmetic. These pages carry the same figures as the Spanish versions, from the DGII and the Registro Inmobiliario, with the source named under each one.
Everything here is general information, not legal or tax advice. Every case has to be confirmed with the DGII, the trust company and your own attorney before you sign.
