Beachfront without leaving the capital

Coralia is in Santo Domingo Este, on the water, and it is the project with the most inventory in this showcase — five towers. That makes it different from everything else I handle: this is not a vacation property, it is urban beachfront housing with the city within reach.

It suits two very specific profiles. The Dominican living abroad who wants a real base in the country rather than a tourist apartment visited one week a year — here you have supermarkets, hospitals, schools and family nearby. And the buyer renting long term to professionals in the capital, who is a steadier and far less demanding tenant than a tourist.

Units come furnished, which cuts the cost of getting started considerably if you are going to rent. And with five towers there is more flexibility on size and floor level than in any other project I can offer you.

What to check in this case
